As part of our continuing efforts to improve on the outstanding quality you have come to expect from NTE, we will be upgrading our production application environment to provide the latest software enhancements for all NTE customers. Please be aware that our systems including NTE Trade™, NTE View™ and NTE Rapid Rater™ will be temporarily unavailable on Saturday November 20th from 12:00 a.m. CST to Monday, November 22nd at 3:00 a.m. CST. The timing of this upgrade should not affect your business processes.
This release includes the following enhancements:
Clarified use of reporting and query tools with additional report sorting.
Ability to search for customers when community owners are representing
Addition of a clearly identifieable HAZMAT icon on shipments containing hazardous materials
Ability for community owners to modify the email addresses of carrier communications
Ability to enter the maximum allowed price by lane as a percentage over the benchmark price
Addition of shipment level audit events showing who altered a shipment and the date it was altered.
Easier entry of origin locations during purchase order release to adjust the input mechanism based on the number of origin locations available.
Community specific default pickup dates. Instead of assuming the earliest pickup date for new shipments would always be the system date, communities can now define this date based on a number of days from today.
